Writing this Review to help buyers like me that's it
Quality not good, Performance not good, Battery life kind of okay but we have to charge maybe thrice according to usable, value for money no, I didn't click 4 itself automatically everywhere I was getting 4 defective. And slow performance if 16 gb and 512 gb also. Touchpad full slow. If anyone put this review I shouldn't order. Please if anyone buy if costly one.. Please put comments. It help others.

Just like a new one!
Happy with product, though refurbished one but just like a new one, battery back up is good, all featured working properly good build quality and when i was facing issue witj warranty registration new jaisa team helped me out, great experience. Go for it no worries, happy with product quality.

Brand new product and greattt
The product looks very dam new!!! Seems like i have just bought a new lenovo laptop. There are no scratches and no marks. Build quality is top notch and no defect visible at all. One of the best laptops and working perfectly perfectly fine. Hats off to the Re seller who is doing such a great job. The warranty process was also smooth and there is a 100% guarentee. Worth!!!

Excellent Product and Great Customer Support from seller
I recently purchased the laptop for my startup, and I was impressed by its like-new look and feel. However, I encountered an issue with the trackpad. Upon informing the seller’s team, they proactively addressed the problem. They quickly arranged for the laptop to be picked up, repaired, and returned. To minimize downtime, they even offered to replace it with another laptop of similar configuration. The product quality and prompt support exceeded my expectations. It’s a great value-for-money experience—highly recommend their service!

Stopped working after a month
The laptop arrived with no visible scratches, which was the only positive aspect. However, the charger I received was very old and in poor condition. The main issue arose after about a month of use when the laptop started freezing. I had to force restart it every time. After another week, it wouldn't even start, getting stuck indefinitely on a blue screen whenever I tried to boot it up. I highly recommend staying away from refurbished products

Pretty good
The laptop was working as expected, no hardware defects on sending. The retail sellers were polite enough to contact me and ask for any problems with my product. Only issue was the product was listed as a Gen 8 X1 carbon while this is actually a Gen 6. Though the specs listed were provided in the product. No physical dents spotted and some slight wear and tear could be spotted (still looks and feels new)
