Teething
Great product for teething babies. They love it but you need to keep an eye on them to prevent any accidents.

Good idea, but top comes off easily.
The mouth brushes are a good idea, and the bristles are soft, which is nice. But the top keeps coming off too easily when my child uses it.

Possible choking hazard
I have a special needs child that is a heavy chewer. He loves different textures in his mouth. I inspected the item and it seemed to be secure. After FIFTEEN minutes he had the bristle head loosened up. I pulled on it and the head came up. It was still attached to a loop that was rubber. I could see these being extremely dangerous to children if they aren’t being supervised. I did supervise him, but feel with some tug on his part could have came off causing a choking hazard. Sadly, he absolutely loved the little time he spent chewing on it. PLEASE use with caution. I rarely write a review. However, this was very alarming to me. This child suffered a traumatic brain injury and has a strong bite and I would say he is definitely a “heavy” chewer. This product is NOT for a heavy chewer as it claimed to be.

Amazing for food therapy
My daughter uses these for food therapy. We use it in place of a spoon for yogurt, peanut butter and other purées. For children with oral aversions this is a good addition if they don’t like using spoons. I’ve repurchased 3 times because my daughter chews on them. If they are in stock get them! Sometimes they go out of stock for a month or so and the competitors version is way more expensive.

Unfortunately I do not recommend
I wanted to love these for my 4 year autistic son. He loves to chew on things and I thought these would be a great fit but the tips come off and are a choking hazard.
