Great support for elbow . Been suffering for a bit with tennis elbow so decided to order these elbow support. Haven't looked back . Gave me pain relief, straight forward how to use them . Excellent quality. Size is perfect.

Husband had tennis elbow, so bought this to help ease the pain, fits well, easy to put on, he is of normal build, as they are one size not sure if they would be comfortable for a larger person, it has been washed a few times and seems to retain its shape, Good design so it is unisex.

Well made and comfortable. I bought these to protect my elbows from getting burns while shooting prone. The fit well and hold position well.

Bit too snug on the bicep if you have not got a lean arm. The band of it really digs in and makes it very uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. It's quite thick however, but, I wasn't able to wear it long enough to say if it makes a difference or not.

Ok. So hear me out. This is 100% truth. Initially I thought these aren’t tight enough surely. They felt snug but couldn’t even feel them on really. I didn’t think they did much….. until, and I honestly kid you not (it may be nothing to do with these other than peace of mind) but I have finally after 15years been able to lift 140kg bench press. I did it wearing these!!! My honest opinion is, these give you probably confidence having the support to help you and range of motion seems better, but I really think they help on big lifts. The 100kg didn’t feel any different because that’s easy for me, but when I was struggling with 130kg, I lifted 140kg with the sleeves on which felt like 130kg without. So basically it gave me 10kg help, it’s basically like having a spotter than helps you slightly but noticeably. Just try them for yourself and see. I tried the also on shoulder workout and that did nothing for that lift at all, but in terms of bench press, both flat bar and incline dumbbells, these really give you an edge in my honest opinion. Think of these like how a weight belt is doing heavy deadlifts. It’s the same thing

L’articolo è arrivato ben confezionato. All’interno si trovano due fasce, il che lo rende molto pratico (usandone una e lavando l’altra). Il tessuto non fa sudare, o almeno per quel che mi riguarda. Le misure sono esatte rispetto alla tabella. Come effetto sinceramente speravo meglio, ma c’è da dire che la mia epicondilite è severa e pertanto mi ha portato solo un leggero sollievo. Tutto sommato la consiglio a chi non ha un eccessivo dolore da placare ma soltanto un fastidio.

My go to brand for elbow support. Tight fit, comfortable, offers secure support. Easy ti put on and take off. One small complaint, seams on inside edge start to wear with regular usage for a few weeks or months
