I had to replace the first machine I got, it quit working and I let the manufacturer know, I think it was a bad one. They replaced it quickly and the new one is great. They stand behind their warranty and were easy to deal with. The new machine has come down in price, I paid about $40 more for my original, but I am happy with the service and product.

I really needed a good priced binding machine and this one does the job. It's very user friendly and it sturdy to get the job done! Worth every penny in my opinion because it's versatile in different sizes of binding. Fantastic beginner binding machine for me

It worked great just not for what I needed. It does do laminated cardstock one page at a time but leaves little flags where it didn't cleanly cut them off.

I purchased this binder in April, but just getting around to use it. The binding coils are too long for a standard size sheet of paper (8 1/2 x 11) and when I pull down, the coils don’t seem to wrap around the binding holes.I’ve watched the videos, but the coils seem to fit the paper perfectly. What am I doing wrong?Update: Okay, I just shelved the binder until today. I finally was able to adjust the letter size lever so that it would punch 33 holes in the paper. The wire binder that accompanied the machine was 3/8" with 34 holes, so I had to use my coil crimper to cut the excess wire from the end. So, I tried to see if I could use the 1 inch wire binder, but it has 23 holes and they are a little too small to fit into the paper holes properly. Okay, now I decide to adjust margin level. Wrong move! It slide completely out of the machine. I could hear loose item inside of the machine. I removed the arm handle and shook out two screws that attached to the margin leveler. Unfortunately, I am not able to access the inside to put it back in place, so I'm just going to save for another machine. Since I know the specification that I need, I should be able to shop a little wiser!

Purchased last summer and ran out of time before classes started to make books for my students. It sat untouched and unbothered for a year. I pulled it out this summer to make books and several of the holes (10,11,12,22) aren’t punching all the way through the papers. The wire binding clamp at the top only closes on the right side not the left. I would ask for a replacement but of course it’s out of the return window.Pros: size and weight are very manageable. I easily found supplies on amazon for binding. Item arrived quickly after ordering.Cons: several holes don’t punch through and the wire is closed unevenly.

Materials are so fragile

Buyer Beware! If you have not done your research, this machine is a 3:1 pitch machine which means it will only work with 3:1 Pitch spines (the pitch is the space between the rings). If you are needing 34 hole spines, they will cost you more than the machine. If you can use 32 or shorter, make sure you are getting the correct "Pitch" or they will not work. Other than that, this machine works great and is easy to use.

I bought this binding machine as recommended by a friend who also had the same one. It works very well and is easy to use. It came with 100 3/8” coil wires and I ordered another 100 in the next size as well. They work very easily and this machine makes binding books a breeze.

The product is missing adjustable paper margin.

exactly as shown, bar makes it easier to bind, I wish it had a cover but otherwise it is easy to use I due 5 pages at a time, paper does fall out easy to put onto wire

Tenía dudas sobre la calidad de producto por que no es una marca que reconociera y el precio es mucho menor que cualquiera que haya comprado, el producto es bueno perfora bastantes hojas y es muy sencilla de usar, el único detalle es que la palanca para elegir la profundidad lo tuve que “pegar” con cinta ya que se desajusta con facilidad al meter las hojas pero fuera de eso es un buen producto

Its perfect for small bindings but gives you trouble for big jobs.
