Maglite Blister Mini Mag AAA Torch Black

This torch is just larger than a pen and is provided with a pen clip so it can be put in a pocket. These are so well made with good brightness - too early to comment on battery life. Even though it's small it's very useful and being so light it's a great "carry everywhere" tool. I bought it for the car but now carry it with me whenever I do DIY jobs.

It's a great portable torch for all uses, especially useful for walkers and campers. I bought one for my grand daughter to carry with her in her schoolbag and she loves it. It's very sturdy and has a good bright light. I would recommend it.

This was bought to replace an older one which I had neglected and it had seized up. Happy with the price and delivery.

I bought this to replace exactly the same model that I used daily for 15 years. Because it's AAA batteries are in series in the handle it fits easily into any pen pocket so is easily carried. It's not the brightest torch out there: these days there are super bright led torches. But it's easily good enough and, hey, it's a mag lite. Incidentally, the 15 year old one still worked fine, it just looked a bit battered after a decade and a half of misuse!

excellent item with a surprisingly powerful light, fits perfectly into my belt pouch, not heavy and comes with a spare bulb tucked away under the battery spring, recommend this torch to anyone.

For the money I was expecting more from a mag light as I’ve always found them top notch. It’s a small torch but even so it’s not very bright at all and a very yellow light. The best I can say it’s well built and maybe good to sit in your glove compartment Will look at other makes in the future.

Una linterna simplemente magnífica. Una esencial para fotografía nocturna para aportar luz cálida a las imágenes. Con una construcción muy resistente en aluminio. Es la hermana menor de la Mini Maglite de pilas AA. Aunque tiene una intensidad de luz similar a la AA, esta linterna ilumina un poquito menos. Pero su tamaño más reducido la convierte en una herramienta muy portátil, con apenas peso y muy útil. Tiene la capacidad de regular el haz de luz, bien enfocándola en una zona concreta, o bien iluminando una zona bastante amplia. Mi recomendación es que, cuando no se vaya a utilizar durante un tiempo, se extraigan las pilas, porque revientan. Y al hincharse las pilas se hace imposible extraerlas, inutilizando la linterna. Además, en caso de reventón, la garantía no vale.

Needed to replace my blue AAA Maglite. It wasn't performing well, sometimes the tail cap connection was loose and that flashlight was a victim of Alkaline leakage. It corroded the inside and you can even see the paint was dissolved. Anyway, i wanted to make sure i still had an AAA version of the Maglite in case all my rechargeable batteries were dead or in use. I have the AA version as well which only will work with Energizer rechargeables, the Duracells are a bit too big (it might be because it's a specially designed Maglite), i haven't tried the Duracells in these AAA flashlights as of yet, but i don't have the AAA Duracell rechargeables as of yet. The other reason i needed to replace my AAA flashlight is because the plastic front is cracked in the middle. It's a fairly large crack as well but apparently it doesn't seem to affect the light much. There is a noticeable difference but doesn't inhibit the light's efficiency much. Funny thing is after i bought this flashlight i actually fixed the tail cap bottom so the light works without much fussing around. So it's just nice to have an extra AAA flashlight laying around in case of an emergency such as i ran out of bulbs. Don't seem to have that problem now. One thing that i didn't notice when buying this was there is an LED version of this flashlight and that would have been a better buy but this current one was on sale so i couldn't pass that up. There is most likely a kit where you can convert this flashlight to LED so it's not a huge deal right now. I also plan on converting my AA flashlight to LED so it'll be a bit easier on the Energizer batteries when in use. Overall, for a tiny flashlight this provides plenty of light. Also avoid keeping the alkaline batteries stored in the flashlight, either use the packaging or however you store extra batteries. I use rechargeable anyway so there really isn't a need for the alkalines unless it's an emergency, where i don't have any charged batteries, it's nice to keep the alkalines on hand just in case. I however prefer to have extra D sized Alkalines for my 2D Maglite. That flashlight is far brighter and has longer battery life. For these smaller versions, the AA and AAA rechargeables will be the best as you can recharge them 100's even 1,000's of times before replacing those. Get the LSD batteries and you can store those batteries in the flashlight in an emergency!
