Very happy with the color! It’s in the beery family, but not too dark. Works well with my lipstick, but also lasts 6-8 hours or more!! Very good find!

The color of this lip liner is a rosey brownIt’s not too dark of a brown but also well balanced with its pink toneIt came packaged in its original packaging and although it does not stain your lip, it sure stays for a good while and is sharp enough to hold for a bit before you have to sharpen again

I heard so many reviews swearing by whirl. It’s one of the highest rated among different types of skin tones. Yet, something about it looks ugly on my skin tones… I’ve found that most of MAC lip stick- whether warm or cool or neutral- looks blah on me.I own so many supposedly universally flattering shades of lipstick and lip liner… yet, nothing really wows me.On the other hand- I can pull off just much more in Charlotte tilbury, Laura mercier… both in lip sticks and lip liner…I keep saying I won’t order another thing from Mac. Then some girl instagram sells me the newest best color… I fall for it over and over. Smart marketing, but starting to make me hate this brand I’ve loved for so long…The lip liner range is just absurd… how on earth can I figure it out unless I order it from descriptions? Should I use an old used liner at a makeup counter??I have 8-10 MAC liners now— and the only liner I actually ever use is my CT iconic nude liner… very sad.
