Good chisel. The hand guards great for wildly clumsy people like me.

It's a good chisel and functions like you would expect a chisel to do and has had no issue splitting some rocks. Only not giving 5 stars as the hand guard moves quite easily

Was a good price, arrived quickly, great to use as it is strong and there's a good protection handle when hammering, also a good precise edge for accuracy.

Great cold chisel — the carbon steel feels solid and cuts through concrete really well. The impact-resistant soft grip is comfortable to use and the hand guard gives extra protection. Good quality tool that feels durable and well made. Highly recommend!

Used for several hours yesterday. Did the job BUT, as others have said the black handle and guard do slide up and down a bit on the chisel shaft if unlucky. Didn't detatch complete though so remained fully usable and I just got on with it still. Guard does really do a phenomenal job of guarding your hand. I'd still favour this over one without a handle/guard despite it moving. Red paint will chip off as you'd anticipate, that doesn't really need to be said, but it will leave red paint scrapings IN your mortar/masonry or whatever you are chiselling away at, so it would be a slight pain if it was going to remain a visible area. Overall it was strong and did the job. Worth the money unless others about have better handles/guards which don't slip.
