Are these any good for sewing? I need it for white fabric so I don’t want it leaving any marks!

Yes they’re great, they disappear with heat. I understand that they can leave white marks on some fabrics or return when cold but I’ve never experienced this - yet! With all these things they recommend testing on a small piece of your fabric first. Hope that helps answer your question.

Are these original pilot frixion pens? or a knock-off?

They are original pens not knock offs, amazon would not sell anything like that.
