No the strip is for joining laminate to tiled floors….. you need one what connects carpet to laminate and there’s plenty of them to buy on the market.

Can you use this carpet to tiles?

Hello, I have only used it for laminate to tile which hold very well. The self-adhesive bit is strong hold but I cannot say how it will be for tiles to carpet.

Perfect for different jobs.I used this product because my door threshold carpets have started to come away from the metal gripper, the gap is to big to replace . I purchased this and a cat scratch protective mat . Done the job smashing.The product is a nice thickness, fits under a 4mm door gap easily !The adhesive is strong , its easy to cut (scissors are best ) it is very good value for money
