Rimmel London BB Cream with Brightening Effect, Light, 30ml, Pink

I have a light complexion but neutral to warm toned, and it can be tricky finding drugstore products that don't assume all light shades need to be pink/cool toned. I was therefore a bit worried when it arrived and the barcode sticker on the back of the tube had the word 'pink' in the description. The product itself is mostly neutral toned I'd say but maybe leans a little towards pinky/cool and if it were a full coverage foundation it would definitely not work for me. However, being a BB cream it is much more versatile and when applied to my face it somehow managed to dissappear into my skin tone whilst still being able to even out any discolouration. It provided a good base for blending in my undereye concealer, and my cream blush applied smoothly on top without risk of patching. Longevity seems pretty good - it's hard to tell with BB creams and other light coverage products but even at the end of a very long day I thought my skin still looked bright, clear and healthy. I have dry skin so it can often look dull/tired but this product gave me a fresh no-makeup makeup look (or the "clean girl aesthetic" as the kids are calling it 🙄). Just what I was looking for. To be completely honest, I have only used this once so far... So I will edit if I do change my mind on anything! But tbh for the price, it's definitely worth a try if you're on the fence.

I been using this since 2017 . All shops in Uk stopped selling . This means I had to look for another foundation and I spent a lot of money on other different brands . Nothing satisfied me . Add 2 layers for more coverage ! ITS SO DEWY AND LUMINOUS! I hate matte especially on acne it just showes more . But this . This is a holy grail this is so underrated ! This with buds beauty powder is the perfect match . If u want flawless looking hydtarted skin like u drank 4 letters of water . GET THIS . Makes your skin look so NATRUAL AND HEALTHY . This product is perfect for those who prefer a natural-looking complexion but want to even out their skin tone and hide blemishes. I am suuuuuper pale and nothing ever light enough. This is. Perfect for lazy goths or vampires. The colour has no match, it has great texture, it is not oily and has a lovely smell. I dont use fancy stuff, just my hands to apply but it covers well for a bb cream and keeps eye shadow on well if you partner it with some powder on your eyelid.

Great BB Cream for the price, covers really well and looks natural on face. Throughout the day the BB Cream does get oily even if im wearing setting powder over it but still looks great.

Lovely cream that is light to apply and looks great on your skin. Covers freckles,age spots etc. Hard to know that you are wearing anything and I personally prefer this to foundation as much more natural to wear. I have bought light for winter months and also medium for when I have a bit of a suntan.Great that it also has spf. Such a great price too.

I got this BB cream in very light shade and it's just perfect for my skin tone. It has light to medium coverage and looks natural on skin. The consistency is moderate -neither too thick nor too thin, so it's easy to blend and comfortable to wear all day. It is a bit on the dewy side, so is suitable for dry skin like mine, and doesn't cling to dry patches or look cakey. It doesn’t oxidise throughout the day and has no unpleasant orange undertones. It also contains SPF 15 for a bit of sun protection, though you may want to layer additional sunscreen if you're out in strong sunlight. Also, it offers good value for money.It won’t replace a full-coverage foundation but for me it is suitable for everyday natural look. Probably you can build it up in layers if you want extra coverage. Overall, it's a good mild to medium coverage cream suitable for daily natural look. Affordable!
