This stuff is a God send, the day they stop making it I will cry bc it actually works. It works on baby burn diaper rashes like the worst kind of rash a baby can have. My little one had a horrible burn like rash 1 week after being born, I had this cream my sister gave me a few years back (yes it was expired) however I was desperate to make my child’s bum better and boy did it still do the trick after a few days the rash was completely gone. My sisters MIL would always get this stuff overseas and I would hope I could find it in the states and lucky here it was. The day they stop making and selling this cream will be the end of the world bc this stuff actually works. I say this bc I barely rave about anything. But if you or your baby has a horrible rash, try this stuff out, I promise you won’t be disappointed
