Does this fit Army issue jerry cans?

Does fit but may need to make slight adjustments to rubber seal

Will this nozzle work in the new style diesel car inlets that are designed so you can't refuel with the wrong fuel at a petrol station.

I have used on an 2003 car, that has a little metal flap over the inlet where the petrol hose goes in and will pour petrol into this OK. I haven't tried it on anything newer.
