I believe its Canadian catnip .

It isn't listed on the bottle. It just says catnip.

Q: This has almost no scent to it? Anyone else have that problem ?

What I can smell is very light, but my cats smell it as soon as I spray it - so not a problem for me (or my cats).

Q: Is this spray oily or does it dry? Does it have any odor?

It dries, and it's not oily. I spray it on scratching posts, cat tree, and toys. It has a very slight odor that disappears after drying (cats can smell it though!).
