NitecoreHC33 1800 Lumen High Performance Versatile L-Shaped Headlamp with Lumen Tactical Battery Organizer

Don't even think about buying one of those cheap plastic multi LED garbage headlights again. I bought many of those over the years and even though they put out decent output they fall apart way too quick. This is a beautifully built unit made out of aluminum it's waterproof and the brightest headlamp I have ever used personally. I rarely use the highest setting because it's so bright indoors the glare makes it hard to see. I have have been using this almost everyday for 6 months dropped it multiple times and not one problem. I previously would purchase cheap headlamps three at a time because it wouldn't last me for more than a month. I expect this to last me many years. I would recommend purchasing a good high milliamp hour low current 18650 and you will easily get 8 to 9 hours out of one battery on the medium setting.

First off I've owned many led torches and headlamps and none have preformed as good as this one for durability, build quality and longevity of battery life.Note that you really need a good battery for it to last any time on higher settings. I use the orbtronic 3500mah or the samsung 2500mah 20a batterie on setting # 3 for 3hrs a day and they are still at 77% life! I also recommend that you get a good digital fast charger For $30 on here that way you don't burn your crib down and it also shows the charge status %.(Back to the review).The only thing that gets a little annoying is the head straps are a little slick and come out of adjustment while on your head and especially if it's in your pocket.It's worth it's annoyance due to how comfortable it is.

Great light, lost my old one and couldn't live without it so I ordered a new one. I like the upgrades on the new model. I never used a flashlight in the daytime until I got one of these lights. If you need to find a tool in the toolbox or drawer or a book on the shelf ( even in the daytime) it's amazing how much easier it is with this light. I've shown many people that wear glasses they rarely need to wear them with more light.Keep up the good work Nitecore!

Love it. VERY bright. One could argue that it's unnecessarily bright on the highest setting. But I'm not using it in emergency situations either. The light has 5-setting and it's simple to change to get the brightness you desire. The light doesn't rotate downward with use. It stays adjusted but is easily adjusted at the same time. It is very compact. Just larger than the battery itself. The weight is not an issue. I have worn it all day multiple times without issue. The magnetic tailpiece has come in handy already as well.

The color is very cool. It's not as pleasing to look at as warmer lights. More importantly, this can make it difficult to see things sometimes, especially when working on things made of metal that are reflective.But the battery life is good, and it's a good value light. Headband is reasonably comfortable.

Love these Nitecore headlamps. I have the HC30 and the HC33 and both are amazing. Whenever I show somebody how bright and compact they are, they also have to buy one. I have long been a petzl guy, and have used other brands, but these Nitecore headlamps are SO much better than other makers. So small, versatile, well designed and BRIGHT! Super bright!! Buy one, you'll buy another and then write a review like this because they are so awesome. (My last order, they sent me a free battery with the shipment too. Thanks NItecor!).

This light is bright. I'd probably use this one more for the magnet on the end. The headband light mount creates two indents in your head after long use. The band also curls up in an odd way. Must use a battery rated for 10A. I bought two lights, and mixed them up. The protection circuits in these nitecore batterys work well.Go with the HC65. I like that light much better. The band is comfortable, Many different features.

I work at night in the vineyards, it's perfect for the job, I would recommend you make sure it comes with a charger , I didn't and had to look for a spare battery and the charger, it worked good for two weeks then quit working tried to call nite core and got no response, tried to email them , address not found, I'm very dissapointed with there service, won't buy from nite core again.
