Effective
It is a slightly firm roller but it works a treat on my lower back - just the right size. It comes with some useful exercise recommendations. It should last well enough, it is well made.

Amazing! I even bought another one!
It’s great! I even bought a second one (the blue one). It is true to size: 15cm x 45cm and true to the colour in the images. As someone in their 20’s who works in the film industry and has a lot of back pain; my physiotherapist advised me to buy a foam roller for some exercises. I looked on Amazon and found this one to be the most reliable. I bought the black one first and loved it. It’s soft, great quality and relieves my pain. It comes packaged like the blue version in a brown Amazon bag. It is lightweight/soft but also firm/sturdy and does not feel ‘cheap’. It is so helpful in relieving pain that others who also work in the film industry wanted to buy one too. When I bought the black one it was £10.83 compared to the price at the moment which is £19.99. Goes to show how much people like it. However, definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Good fascia roller
This is a great roller, not too soft and not too firm. I use it for my upper back and it does its job.

A foam roller that works!
This is a god send if you train, or do any fitness that makes you gain muscle. This is really good quality, and I've got some knots out within the first half hour of use. I paid just under £20.00 quid, all in for next day guaranteed delivery. I recommend this particular one, yes you can get cheaper ones, but this is exceptional quality, and actually works! Thankyou to the seller, and thankyou to Amazon?

Great fitness accessory. Well worth the purchase!
One of the best purchases I've made for fitness this year. I use it daily for my back, mobility work and aided stretching, and it's been absolutely reliable. The build quality is strong, it feels sturdy underfoot, and the support it gives has helped when I've had tight muscles or been working through mobility exercises. From the moment I started using it, I noticed a difference. It holds its shape, doesn't slide around or feel unstable, and the instructions included gave me good ideas on how to get the most out of it. For anyone working on flexibility, recovery or general fitness it's a very good addition to the kit.

seems to do the job
I've never had one of these before so am struggling a little with how I can "compare" it or comment on its usefulness. It's solid, firm to the point of being so hard that I would question the description of "foam", which, in my mind, is something softer. Judging by the reviews others who have bought it have said it's the same as ones they use at the gym, so it must be ok. My use of it has so far been a bit tentative (hence the delay in reviewing) as I have impinged shoulders and a left sacro-iliac issue. I have found my own, unconventional, use for it (in relation to my shoulders) in that I sometimes watch TV with it behind me, so I can push my shoulders back, around it. That seems to help with my posture. I also use it to roll my glutes, mostly on the side of my sore sacro-iliac and that also helps. Good job I've got a non-slip yoga mat though!. I'm only short and it's "higher" than I thought it would be. Glad I use it at home as mounting it isn't always the most elegant thing you'll see. With this and a yoga strap and helpful YouTube videos from physical therapists - I'm fumbling my way through settling on a daily routine that will increase my mobility, settle my painful joints down and (hopefully) have me spending less cash on my osteo (who is wonderful, but almost like a family member at this point). Result of 20 something years sitting at a computer.

Good quality but a few issues
Good quality, well packaged etc. Only points I would make are 1) it is shorter than expected. Totally my fault because the dimensions are clearly advertised but I was expecting it to be about the width of a yoga mate, however its quite a lot shorter so if you have broad shoulders or a wide back you might find it doesn't quite cover the whole width. Not an issue really for me but I do find if it is at even a slight angle then as I roll, my back comes off it at one side because the roll is so narrow. 2) the roll must be constructed in 2 semi circles that are joined together or some other similar method because something you can't see (there are no seams) but you CAN feel when you roll is there are 2 spots, 180 degrees apart which are really really stiff and you only know this when you start rolling and get a quite a painful stiff bit at a certain point. At first I just thought I had found a knot, and worked on it for ages however after using the roll regularly for days I realised I had exactly the same knot every day that just moved up or down my back. On inspecting the roll and squeezing it I found these 2 ridges or stiff bits which I must admit, I did think might be put there on purpose to give you a bit of pain, and make you think you are easing out knots, whereas in actually fact the pain is due to the roll and not your muscles. Now I am used to it I am not too bothered and now I know they are they I can use the stiff ridges to target particular areas so maybe they are meant to be there, and thats what it's for! Overall it's cheap, and it does the job.

Yep, good quality, maybe a touch too soft for me though
It’s good, I used it a lot. In hindsight I think I’d like something harder as it has a fair amount of give in it. Then I’m releasing my lower leg muscles, I feel like there’s too much give and I’m not getting the release I’m looking for, but for other things it’s fine
