Very helpful for sore lower back

I have back issues and because of that my lower back can’t be manually manipulated. My pelvis has a tendency to rotate forward causing pain. My chiropractor uses these and recommended I get my own so as to allow gravity to put back in place. These work great. Simple to use when following doctor instructions.

I bought this as an alternative to the expensive/heavy wedges my chiropractor uses to realign my SI joint when things 'go out' - he suggested having my own wedges to use @ home - and these looked quite comfy (which they are) basically this is an'soft yoga block' cut at an angle - which i may have been able to do IF i wanted to use an old yoga block. But I invested in this - and took to my chiropractor who showed me exactly how tonplace them - what I did as not to forget was to write on the wedge the exact placement on each wedge - this helps w/ remembering how they need to be & now i just place & rest for about 5 minutes in order to reset when my 'hips go out' - easy and no cost! Yes. I would suggest this for those of you who'd like to be involved in your own care. But i bet your chiropractor would rather you'd visit & pay them to accomplish this very simple fix.

The product is a nice quality. I like the way it feels. I am hoping it will help me with my sciatica pain.

I have used these blocks for over 10 years. I highly recommend them. This is the third set that I’ve purchased. I usually end up giving them way too a friend, or someone in need of back pain relief. Although they are a little speedy, I know what I’m getting and I’m never disappointed. The foam is comfortable and functions much better than wood blocks. I highly recommend them.

An easy and consistent way to help dislocations and offset hips and shoulders. Comfortable under feet and knees too. Let gravity fix you! Instead of rolling towels and getting inconsistency, these are better.
