Love my coconut sugar, mostly use it for baking. I have it in coffee too but it doesn't fully dissolve, always minute bits in the drink but I'm aware its not SUGAR, but just something to keep in mind and not to be concerned, its normal. Lovely, brown sugar type flavour. I make cookies but add a little maple syrup to bump up the sweetness as CS is less sweet. Will be buying again & again ( if the price doesn't get ridiculous!)

Excellent for body scrub
First time I’ve used this for a body scrub. Has this sweet smell not like other sugars. Texture is almost powdery. Love the way my skin feels afterwards. Also taste great with your coffee.

Great Flavour
Flavour is great, easy to use and store - based on my first coffee with it. VFM? I don't know yet, but let's see how long it lasts.

I have only one criticism, that I would not use it for cooking that requires yeast, to feed the yeast I felt it failed, raw cane is better, but I use this in all other cooking, many thanks 😊
