I had my cholesterol tested before I took these and when my results came back, I researched on what vitamins would be good for me to take. I came across these and thought I'd give them a try. Not only were they pretty tasty but they're really easy for me to take. I also found that even though they're gummies, they don't stick to my fillings or my bridge. When it comes to effectiveness, I uploaded pictures of my labs that were drawn before taking these gummies and then afterwards. As you can see, my cholesterol levels have dropped which tells me, these vitamins are definitely working!! I have kind of changed my diet but the real difference are these gummies. Even my doctor is impressed with my levels. Will definitely keep buying and taking these.

I have pills and buy gummies as much as possible for all the supplements/vitamins that I take. I can say this one is one of the best as far as taste and texture, compared to many other gummy supplements I've tried. In addition, the quality of these seems good and they work well. Quercetin/bromelain combo has multiple studies showing many protective qualities and health benefits, including improved allergies, breathing troubles, and inflammation, as well as others. I have tried for these reasons and have personally seen great improvement. I take daily and have already gone through about 3-4 bottles of these, and will continue to buy this brand due to the great taste and effectiveness.

Gummies are good , but they are stuck together and have to use a fork to separate them.

These quercetin gummies are one of my favorite daily supplements. They taste great, are easy to take, and help support my immune system and energy levels. A great addition to my wellness routine.

I had to toss both containers into the garbage because they smell and taste strongly of the plastic container. Seems like more and more great products are being ruined by the plastic containers they're in (happened to me with a favorite Mary Ruth supplement on two attempts). I hope this is fixed because I really like these.

With the flu season in full effect this year. I wanted protection for my family. My go to brand was out of stock everywhere; so I decided to take my chance with these nutrient packed gummy supplements.Totally worth the extra money. My typical brand of elderberry is around $8 a bottle; so these are substantially more expensive but for good reason! They are Nutrient Packed!! I’ve been taking them for 3 months~ for the first 2 weeks I saw a substantially positive change in my general mood; “the annual winter blues”. Once my typical brand was back in stock I started every other day switching between the 2 (mainly to save money)The added zinc and bromelian in these gummies are helping to decrease the pain (also elevated in the winter) in my knee that typically is unbearable without Aleve. Thanks to these Gummies I have eliminated the pain reliever from my daily medication list saving me from the upset tummy they caused.Overall, I’m ecstatic that my typical brand was out of stock.
