Q: Would this limit UTI's?

Not sure since YTis are a urinary tract infection. But keeping the area regularly clean and lots of water drinking to keep the kidneys flushed doesn't hurt.

Q: How is this wash used

It's used like any soap. Just pour it on you washcloth or whatever you use to bathe and wash your sins away. No special technique.. mainly used for the private area but this one is special you can use as a whole body wash.
