Our shelf arrived damaged. We have been in contact with the seller and they expect us to repair this ourselves. Considering we paid full price for this shelf we are not happy with the shelf or service from Chill House! We would expect to have the shelf replaced or at the very least some discount for the damage! Very very disappointing.

The shelf is better than expected, solid wood with nice rustic finishing. The edge makes it even more appealing

La planche est superbe en elle même, mais trop lourde pour ce genre de fixation, il a fallut rajouté des équerres, car l'étagère penchait trop

Mensola molto bella esteticamente soprattutto la sera se mettete una luce led sotto la mensola. Il problema è che ha un metodo di fissaggio al muro molto articolato. Fissati 3 perni a scomparsa hanno un sistema che ruotando il perno si alza o si abbassa a seconda del giro che si dà. E' un pò difficile da spiegare ma con i 3 perni fissati al muro e allineati perfettamente, la mensola tende ad inclinarsi in avanti, non di molto, ma in realtà non è in piano. Chiederò spiegazioni al fornitore ma da migliorare questo aspetto del fissaggio, per il resto è un ottimo prodotto.
