Would this fit a Fuji X-T 2 with grip?

I don't think so. Not with the grip (presuming it's the one with the battery compartment). The bag main compartment is only 11cm high (≈4.3"). Common bags are 13cm high (≈5").

Would this bag fit a 5d mark iii with battery grip?

I wish I'd noticed this question a few days ago. I have a 5D mk3 with a grip and it doesn't fit. The bag has an internal depth of 12cm and a 5d mk3 with a grip needs 16cm.

Although this says only a 10" tablet is there anyway a 15" laptop could be made to fit even if it in the main compartment ?

Can’t see any way of fitting a 15’’ laptop in. The actual space available for a laptop is about 9’’x 9” x 4.5’’. I can’t get my iPad Pro in.
