It is. Its a bit..delicate. think.. quality street lid. My boy loves it, lets see if it survives my 9 year old.

How big is it base and height (in cm please)?

Sorry, i bought it as a present and no longer have access .....best guess is approx 600mm high x 750mm long x 350mm wide

What is the measurements of the box

I have wrapped it now and sent two of them on their way to my nephews. They are around 6-7 inches high, 4-5 inches wide and around 10 inches long. I managed to cram 10x different share/sized Haribo bags in there. It looks and feels like an ammo box, albeit not as sturdily built, but a 9 and 10 year old would never get into a proper ammo box. The handle could be attached a little better ( maybe you could tweak the metal bends on the inside of the lid to make it more sturdy ) and the clasp on the side is strong enough to hold 1.5 to 2killos of sweeties. They're ideal for a sandwich box as they're made of metal. they would easily hold a can of pop, a yogurt, a piece of fruit, a couple of sandwiches and a bag of crisps. The teachers would probably have to do a double-take when they first see them - that's the idea, but they'll then realise its a bit of harmless fun. I added a secret twist to my idea by filling them with their favourite sweets. I think it might be their favourite gift this year.. I hope so. I tend to usually pull that out the bag year in year out. Hope this helps.
