just what i wanted from a immobiliser
I have used this type of immobiliser before and have never been unhappy with it, I would refer other people to it as i have no problem with Cobra equipment.

Works a Treat
Firstly I have one of these fitted to another vehicle and have been happy with it for many years.Once you figure out your vehicles wiring installing the imobliser is relatively simple.Can't say the instructions are overly helpful but you can find more useful information on the net.Fit and forget item, which hopefully slows down or stops thieves.I would buy another should I need an imobliser.

Did not work
Got this product fitted by an auto electrician who says one of the circuits were broken and contacted the seller the seller and is now saying I have to pay for a repair on the product.stay well away.

Works and doesnt drain battery
Basic decent immobilizer which works well and doesn't drain battery too much. Fitted it to a DC2 Honda Integra.

Automotive and electrical skills required to fit
Seems well made, with a very solid metal case on the central unit. You will need to cut into your existing wiring in several places to connect this up, not recommended for the complete beginner.

Great alarm..
Great little alarm..i had one of these on an old XR3 back in the day and worked great... Simple installation and well worth the money

Sadly a faulty unit and very poor instructions.
This unit appears good quality and was promptly delivered. Unfortunately, after spending a whole day fitting it to my stepsons Ford Focus (I wanted it well hidden) I found it faulty. The instructions are very poor and obviously I had to cut the wires to fit it. Also I had to make a hole in the dash for the sensor/led. Luckily I had used a switch blank. When I completed the return document the supplier sent a list of potential reasons for refusal of a refund. This concerned me and was quite unnecessary. However my concerns appear unfounded as Amazon have just emailed me stating I was to receive a full refund. As always full marks to Amazon. Am sure if it had worked then it would have been great, alas it did not.
