I love this gel. It's not a super strong one and your curls will fall by day 3 but day 1-2 you will look amazing. On dripping wet hair I apply a healthy amount, brush it through, squeeze out excess water, plop, diffuse my roots, fix the curl clumps, rake in a smidge more gel then diffuse to about 80% dry and plop in a mesh hair net. It's not sticky, doesn't dry my hair out, doesn't smell and because of the flaxseed can be sort of "reactivated" day 3 to bring down frizz with spraying water and stick the curl clumps back together. It's not heavy and doesn't weigh down my curls and not excessively "crunchy" I do scrunch out with rosemary oil after the last plop to get back some softness and movement. I've tried $30-$40 gels and they don't hold a candle to the economical queen. Currently trialing wedding hair using this product. I'll never go back to the expensive stuff again. For my curls it's perfect and I love her.

I'm a natural 4C girl. I've tried multiple curly hair products and always find myself going back to this. It really brings my natural curls to life! Its a good consistency and always surpasses my expectations. It doesn't leave my hair crunchy nor flaky and my hair will stay curly for a few days as long as ai take care of her. This product is alright but it still doesn’t keep my curls from shrinking. Maybe it this Florida humidity but either way it didn’t do the job. On another note it did help to make my curls super curly and I loves that aspect of the product.

What a great styling hair gel from you auntie Jackie just love this gel while it's a good moisturizer gel yet holds the hair in place and curls in place. Non stickies like some gels non greasy, hair feels and holds lots of body of because the gel gives thickness to the hair shaft. Simple to apply to style the hairstyle curls forms quickly.smells like heaven. Thank you Jackie for such a wonderful product made just for my hair type.

This is a really good gel! I use this to refresh my wash and go throughout the week. I put a little bit on my finger and use the shingle method to define my individual coils. It defines my hair really well and doesn't flake. I also like that you get a nice amount at an affordable price.

Works well if you sit under dryer it will give you defined curls. BUT it will be moisturized until it dries and it is very sticky, you will be able to bush and comb only while product is wet. No heavy scent at all once its dry its no longer durable it will not weigh your hair down once its dry.

This is my second jar, I love the hold it provides. But my fave I must say is the scent.It's not greasy and messy, just the right consistency when I need to orepare for work on my ranch off grid. Or the doll up myself when I'm going into town, from my offgrid lifestyle.I can still style my hair and look pretty as I did when I lived in the city.

This gel is the real deal. It helps my littles curls stay amidst all their activities and does not have an overpowering scent. Effective and good value for the price
