Can this be punched, kicked and knee'd full power like a punch bag?

Yes. I weigh about 240 pounds and with the base filled with water I can kick it with full power (front and roundhouse) without it tipping over. You can kick the side repeatedly and it just moves around a little, which is actually good. If filled with sand, I don't think it would move at all. As for knees I don't know. You cant grab its neck and bend it over and that the only types of knees I deliver :-)

Really simple. Bob comes in two parts - the torso and the base. Move the (empty) base to the location you want to use it (its too heavy to use once you have filled it). The torso will slot on top of the base and you can adjust the height using the tube / peg system. Fill the base with either soft sand or plain water. Sand will give you greater stability and weight, but takes longer to fill.
