just water, but they stay lovely and cool, there is also magicool which is great to use

Q: Do this make you look dewy and glowing if sprayed onto of make up please?

I have used it as setting spray. On powder makeup it gets rid of the powdery look but I personally didn’t find it left a dewy look.
