I have never really stuck out taking vitamins for any length of time till I found these. I’ve been taking them on a daily basis since May 2023 and it wasn’t long till I started seeing results.My nails are stronger, I feel less fatigue, my hair feels better and when I went to give blood the nurse said my Hemoglobin was nice and high.These are much cheaper than from the high street, I was paying £17/£18 a packet previously.

Package was NOT handed to me. It was screwdriver up and forced through the letter box. Never rang bell as I was waiting for the package to take take with me.Not amused.

I like the idea of it being a 30 day supply, so I can keep track.I generally feel a sense of Malaise during the winter months despite being fit and active, I believe that these vitamins have helped to improve my general sense of wellbeing perhaps this is down to the increase in vitamin D. I did just intend to use these through the winter but may continue throughout the year.

Great results but not suitable for Halal diet.
