Purchased 7 months ago and until now it works perfectly! I put dish soup in this dispenser, so far there are no issues. I charge the dispenser appx every 3-4 weeks. I use the lowest level of dispatching the dish soup which actually helps me to use dish soup less. Highly recommended.

I love my little soap dispenser, I’ve been looking at a few for a while now and I finally decided on this one. It’s white and silver exactly like the pictures. It is a good size hold a really good amount of soap. I absolutely love the way it looks Area. Everyone can use it easily and the fact that it’s rechargeable. Love it even more. I used to use other soap pumps and it was very stressful, this is just so easy to use. You put your hand under, and it dispenses a good amount. I am considering buying some for my family as gifts they didn’t know they needed.

Design look good and the fact that it is rechargeable - was the reason for buying the product

update: I have had a manual soap dispenser for decades and I have noticed that I would get backwash water from my hands sucking into the soap dispenser so by the time I get towards the bottom of the dispenser the soap would be watery and probably not too sanitary from fluids from the sponge as well. The Automatic Dispenser eliminates all backwash water.It took me a long time to finally choose the YIKHOM Automatic Liquid Soap Dispenser because every other soap dispenser seems to have all kinds of problems like battery and ability to pump out soap.. With Yikhom because of the reviews, I bought two; one for the kitchen and one for the washroom. I chose the YIKHOM soap dispenser because of the rechargeable battery that is suppose to stay charged for a long time. The only problem that I foresee is that if the battery dies when I am washing dishes, what do I do, since the soap dispenser does not work while charging; like do I just stand there with wet soapy hands waiting for a quick charge and then continue after waiting for, lets say, 10 minutes. My solution was just to leave my old hand pump soap dispenser out beside it and if and when my new YIKHOM soap dispenser dies of no charge I could switch to my old hand Pump Soap Dispenser while my YIKHOM soap dispenser is charging. So simple a solution that I'm glad to have thought of it. Anyways both soap dispenser are filled to the brim with soap and both are fully charged from the standard 5V outlet from my power bar. I have been sent a message from YIKHOM just after putting in my order that this dispenser has a 1 year warranty and to contact them if anything goes wrong. So I will be keeping the boxes just in case I need to ship them back. First soap output was perfect. I used the washing sponge in the kitchen to activate the dispenser and it works like a charm. Also it seems to be cleared of any accidental activation like turning on the water. So far so good. First day. I'll be back to report any changes.... 5 star for now.
