Does this liner smudge?

I found it really good quality. Last for ages. I put it on in the morning and lasts all day. My eyes water quite a bit as I'm getting old but this doesn't smudge.

Hi, is this pencil ok for inner lash lines ?

I have used it before on my inner lower lash line and it was fine and I do have sensitive eyes. Hope this helps.
