Calcium supplement
I ordered these because I have modified my diet to lower my sugar and cholesterol levels and so use an app to track my dietary intake. This revealed that cutting out most foods which contain fats, also cuts my calcium levels, so I take two of these a day and that has restored the balance. They taste ok and are best followed by a glass of water.

Tablets are quite large and chalky texture, but they taste good so they’re easy to take.

Have fluids to hand
Almost tasteless, they're supposed to be lemon flavoured. Easily chewable, if a little chalky on the tongue. Take with water or other fluids.

Great Product Better Than Expected
Great Product Better Than Expected Item arrived quickly and suits my needs perfectly. The price made me a little weary along with some negative reviews, but I Would certainly recommend this product quality is excellent and I would certainly buy again. Downside very big and difficult to swallow without cutting or breaking.

The HealthAid Strong Calcium 600mg chewable tablets are not at all good for chewing. The tablets are so hard that you can not chew them even if you keep them in mouth for long time. These tablets feel like the stone and do not dissolve in the mouth. Then what is the use of such chewable tablets? I am totally disappointed by the quality of this product. I will not be able to use this product anymore.
