Q: Would this work for (glass) bottle slumping?

Not sure what slumping is, but it will melt glass, I tryed after i saw your question. It strung fast, so not sure what your asking, but I used a brown bud type bottle. It's a small forge, so it can only do small things.

Q: Whats is its upper range?

I’m not sure what the upper range is but it gets pretty hot I forge and heat treat my knives with no problem and I have to actually watch it cause it’ll get super hot I have a two propane blower. I’m not exactly sure about a single blower but I’m sure it would still get pretty damn hot if you had a fully open and one side of the doors closed

Q: What is the purpose of the two holes opposite the burners?

There are two functions about the two holes. 1. The two holes allow air to circulate when you close the doors on both sides of the forge. 2. You can also observe the internal metal burning through these two holes.
