Can these be used on a induction hob ?

Have never used them on top of any heated surface, only for presenting the food. Suggest to use on a low heat if being used on an induction hob or similar

Are these dishwasher safe?

I've put mine through the dishwasher loads of times. They come up lovely and shiny :)

Can you put them in the oven

I would expect so, they are all aluminum with metal welding or rivets so nothing will melt in an oven. not tried it so not responsible if they cannot.

How many servings does each dish provide?

I would say quite comfortably 2 servings.
