Not sure on your varicose veins and you shouldn't be feeling a slight sting. Use the oil after you have a shower, and apply to the wet skin and massage anti clockwise.

Yes, except very sensitive area / skin. Contains essential oils. Thank you.

Can I use it on my nose?

Why on earth would you want to use anti cellulite oil on your nose? In any event, it’s in effective and smells unpleasant so I wouldn’t recommend
