Great value steam cleaner. Got it today and clean everything from carpets to bathroom. It's definitely more then 2 mins steam in it and the pressure is pretty good. If using the flat bar then steam comes out super hot. Good for mattresses and flat surfaces. The long pointy nossle it good for very localised cleaning like around taps or small spots. It's overall very good and I'm very happy. Two things I don't like 1. The power cable is not long enough 2. The button to let out steam is not very ergonomic and after doing whole house my forearm is hurting. Otherwise a nice solid device

The steam cleaner is not too big and heavy for single handed use. It is strong enough to remove lime scale build up around taps. It will not completely remove really old, stubborn lime scale build up. However, the unit is still very good for the smaller cleaning jobs around the home. It is good for cleaning dirt build up in small crevices around bathroom tiles and in cleaning utensils. Note: The unit has a safety feature which prevents accidental removal of the screw top, when the unit is heated and under steam pressure. You need to wait for the unit to cool sufficiently, before unscrewing the top for refilling with water. It is also a good idea to operate the trigger a few times before removing the screw top, just to make sure there is no residual steam pressure in the unit, before refilling.

Really good but 2 people need to use it , as one will need to press to button and other to clean it

Bought this product a while ago. Used it once and it was great. Put it in the cupboard and forgot about it but then when I went to use it a second time it simply won’t work. Clearly heats the water fine but when I use the button to release steam, absolutely nothing happens. Haven’t got a clue what is wrong, I can only assume it has broken so very disappointed with the product indeed. I’ve obviously been unlucky as reading the other reviews, people are very pleased.

This is a perfectly good product that works excellently. But I don’t need two so I’m returning one of them. Oops.

We bought this to de-ice the freezer, which it did well. So the basic unit worked well. However, when the hose is attached, as soon as the steam is turned on, it blows the hose off. This is just a push fit, and it’s useless. It should be screwed on, a simple alteration to the fitting, but it’s no good like this.
