What is the health benefit of this syrup and does it make you gain weight or look healthier?

It doesn't make you gain weight that is not what it's for. Mainly it is used for building your iron and blood. I am anemic and have low blood count, since I have been taking this my blood count has went up! It has different vitamins in it which help. It really helps with fatigue, when your always tired you don't look well, so I guess if your not as tired you will look healthier I love this stuff.
