I like the added Vit C as it helps with the absorption of Iron, good thinking Vitabiotics!However, having also used Solgar Iron supplements, definitely feel better, sooner with the Solgar ones.Ok for your Iron top-up, but if you are low, you are going to get more benefit from the Solgar supplement and then use these as your top-up once you are back up to speed.

If they're doing what they say on the box these should be great! Excellent price for folic acid and iron which I seem to lack despite the meat I eat, so have incorporated this into my daily meals.
