Inexpensive Pencils for Everyday Use
I recently picked up these coloring pencils, and I’m seriously impressed! They’re budget-friendly, but the quality is top-notch. The colored leads are super soft, making blending a breeze, yet they’re durable enough to handle sharpening without breaking. Plus, the pencils are a great size, so they’ll last through countless projects. The color selection is fantastic with tons of vibrant shades to inspire creativity. For kids, this set is perfect. The wide variety of colors will keep them entertained for hours, and at such an affordable price, you don’t have to worry about the cost. They’re sturdy enough to handle enthusiastic little artists without snapping easily.I can honestly say these pencils hold their own. They’re smooth, blend beautifully, and lay down color evenly, making them ideal for both beginners and experienced artists. What I really love is that they’re high quality without the hefty price tag. Perfect for kids, beginners, and even experienced artists who want to create freely without worrying about using up expensive materials. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Love love love
I've been buying this set of color for school for three years in a row. They're excellent quality, my daughter loves them and I love the price. They're creamy yet long lasting. The lead inside doesn't break, and the variety of colors is wonderful. She'll use them all year long. My favorites are the metallic ones; my daughter's favorites are all of them. The packaging isn't great, and neither is the plastic inside, nothing a good pencil case can't fix.

Great colored pencils!
These are amazing! I was skeptical because Crayola was the gold standard for so long and a lot of other brands tend to lack pigment or break easily, but I honestly think these are even better. They have a great assortment of colors, and are very smooth and creamy to color with. I’m very impressed with the value for how well they work.

Great Affordable pencil
I purchased these pencils in order to try them before I got a set for my friend as a present. I found the Kalour pencils an excellent product. They are soft core pencils which some don’t care for, however, I draw more as a hobby and found that the pencils blended well in my drawings and worked well together for what I wanted to do. I did have some issues with sharpening the pencils when I used an electric sharpener. For these pencils it is probably best to sharpen them with a manual pencil sharpener which is no issue for me. These pencils were great for my projects and the set was lightweight and easy to carry. The box did tear though so I ended up spilling them all over the floor. I would recommend getting a case to carry them in if you intend to travel with them. I am also glad that when I want to draw while traveling I do not have to worry about losing these pencils. When I drew a sunset landscape with them the colors blended and layered quite well. For the price of these pencils I was honestly expecting lower quality than what I received. The pencils are about what you would expect for cheap, beginner pencils. For what I wanted to create I was pleased. Looking forward to giving my friend a set of these pencils, with any luck I should be able to get her to draw a bit more often.

cores not quite as soft as Prismacolor but still excellent vivid color
I received these pencils yesterday, when I picked them up in my apartment's Amazon hub, and immediately drew a picture of the kingfisher from the front cover of the pencil box. First off, there is not much packaging so the pencils are kind of loosely setting in a scalloped tray, two of them in the box. Second, the box is flimsy. But the pencils are fantastic, and have great color and great variations of color, nothing repeated. The cores of the pencils are not as soft as Prismacolors, but the choices you get are amazing. For example there are like 6 different yellows! instead of the usual one lemon yellow and maybe a canary yellow. My favorite color is yellow and they don't disappoint. There are many blues, plenty of greens, less grays which is good and one black, one white which is a blender. Many reds and oranges too. For $8, what a value! 72 pencils for $8! I was so excited to get these. Going back to the pencil core issue, these pencils are a bit harder than Prismacolor, but did I mention my Prismacolor leads break all the time? These leads are strong and ready for some work. You don't have to press harder, just go back over the color to create more vividness. My kingfisher turned out ok and I look forward to my next drawing. If you like dry media, or want to add colored pencils to your mixed media, try these.

Creamy vibrant
I love these pencils. I purchased the 120 box. They are so creamy and smooth. Blend well. Colors are wildly vibrant. They sharpen to a long point. I have not found any broken or that break easily. I really appreciate the enclosed names and numbers chart with an empty block to fill in. I shade in the blocks from light to dark. CON: I believe it needs more selection in yellow/orange/brown shades.I found one error pencil labeled 103 Coconut green, whereas the chart printed 103 Pale green. Will definitely purchase again, as we have used these are lot!

Pleased with these
Very pleased with these. They give a lot more color than the super cheap ones I had before and they seem to blend well. It’s got a good selection of colors that gradiate pretty well. I good price for the quality and colors you get. I’m not crazy about the packaging. It’s pretty flimsy so I usually end up spilling a bunch of them when I take them out of the box but I’m a problem solver. At some point I’ll take the time to find a better way to store them.😝
