This is a powerfully flavoured quality extract. You really only need to use a small amount. Very good standard. I purchased this and the almond. The are equally good on flavour intensity.

Quite weak for the cost, had to use alot more than I first assumed to flavour the sponge and cream of a medium gateau I was baking. Looked at the bottle afterwards and it was almost a quarter gone just to get the right amount of flavour. Although it was a nice flavour ...but on balance I think I may buy again.

Great flavouring

I've already bought and used their orange essence in my raw deserts and it worked great! Now, I've decided to try their lemon one and fell in love with it too. I mean with my lemony creations - they are so tasty! One capful was plenty to flavour the whole batch. However I realise that it doesn't act the same with baked desserts. But in raw creations you need a little.

I make lemon drizzle every week for our business and this is by far the best lemon flavour x

Not very strong in flavour, I had to use quite a lot to taste it

I bought it to make lemonade but I did not see that there was oil but very good product for baking cakes or marinade.
