I've only had these weights a couple of weeks but already I feel I am keeping the weight in better.It was nice and easy to find my starter weight and everything is explained in the leaflet you get with your weights.They come packaged in a nice box and have a separate little bag to keep the weight you're using in, which I thought was a really nice and discreet touch.The weights themselves are colour coded-the lighter the colour the lighter the weight. They are nice and easy to clean with no seams and a smooth finish.This is the first time I've considered using anything like this and I did have a good look around and read a lot of reviews. When I saw these weights I liked the look of them and did think they were more expensive then the others but there is normally a reason for that and that is the high quality and customer support you get with intimate rose.There were a lot of tester people reviews on this product which always makes me a bit dubious tbh, but I'm glad I went ahead anyway because they are great.After having a child two years ago and making little to no effort with pelvic floor exercises I thought it was high time I get amongst looking after myself down there.I use my weight in the morning when getting ready for work and then when I shower in the evening for 15 minutes at a time, I can't wait to see my progress getting better and better.Bottom line I would definitely recommend to friend infact I have.

The balls per se are really well made. And instructions are clear, I use them everyday, and they DO work. I'm taking one star out as the videos from "the pelvic floor specialist" are absolutely amateur and homemade. And, the most outrageous and/or ultra-conservative, unhelpful and possibly misogynist mistake: SHE CALLS THE CLITORIS URETHRA IN ALL VIDEOS!!! That's absurd. A pelvic floor specialist CAN'T make that MISTAKE. AND SHE JUST CAN'T BE ASHAMED OF TALKING ABOUT THE CLITORIS!!! That's wrong and go against any female empowerment.

It is relatively early days for my review but I have been using this product for nearly three weeks now and I can honestly say that I feel more hopeful than at any time in recent years. Having read other reviews I turned to this in near desperation and I am SO glad I did. Although I have had physio help in the past and tried to do the pelvic floor exercises I always struggled with them but this system is so intuitive, it helps you to use the right muscles and to build up at completely the pace which is right for you. It is also very easy to build into the daily routine so that you can keep it up. The weights are designed for comfort and make you feel more feminine if, like me, you find these difficulties make you feel less than good about yourself. I would not have believed that I would find so much improvement in such a short space of time. The support of the seller has also been incredible and helped me to get the very best out of the product. I obviously can't speak to the long-term effects at this time, but as I say, I am so hopeful!

Have had a couple of pelvic floor issues return since coming off HRT (for menopause). Thought I'd try these before anything else. They are smooth and are odour free. Have only been using them for a week and am only using the lightest weight but I am feeling more comfortable and not getting up at night so much which is a great start. Not perfect yet but Rome wasn't built in a day.

It is designed for young people who do not need it and totally useless for people who need it. It falls off immediately.

Bought these weights a few weeks back , I have looked at reviews of others and these had the best reviews and were better value for money . The package came on time and was well wrapped . The weights are in a nice feminine box , discreet and with a nice pouch for use if travelling etc. The weights are silky smooth silicone ,no odour as you sometimes find and no ridges so easier to keep clean and fresh . There is enclosed a booklet telling you how to use the system and clean them etc. There are six progressive weights and advice on where to start and how to get the best from the system . I am at present using this advise to keep me right . I would recommend this product and know it will make a big difference to me .

I'm really pleased with this product. They arrived very quickly with minimal packaging, in a discrete, hard wearing box. I was a bit worried before I got the weights, that they might be uncomfortable or scratchy, difficult to use or to get out again once I had put them in! However they are really easy to insert and are completely smooth so really comfortable to use and easy to pull out! They are also easy to clean as they have no edges. I have a 4 month old baby so I started on the ivory weight which took me a few times to keep in - I had to build up to the 15 mins. I'm really pleased with the results so far as I wasn't getting anywhere by just doing pelvic floor exercises alone. I have also found it really easy to fit into my morning and evening routine. Very happy and looking forward to having an uber efficeint pelvic floor!!
