What a great product. Excellent value for money. Working flawlessly. Very easy to setup. I'm using the Android app on a Samsung S8 and it's working perfectly. Can't recommend it high enough. Take some time to read to the instructions, they are not perfect English but it all makes sense. At first I missed the bit about the IMEI number of the unit being the account name and the last 6 digits being the password (for web and app), but really easy to login and keep it logged in without having to reenter. I've just put a Tesco UK PAYG sim in for now, I recommend getting one where the credit does not run out, because a £10 credit should last for 5-6 months. What a bargain, great way to monitor your car. Nice to think if it goes in the garage/workshop, I can monitor what the do with it. It's easy to setup speeding or geofence warnings. UPDATED on the 6th February 2018! I could not get the first GOOME Tracker to work and was getting 'system errors' so contacted Seller and received a refund! Thank you Karl @ GOOME! Karl sent me another tracker as a goodwill gesture and I immediately tried it in our car and I'm pleased to say that it worked first time - make sure you correctly line up the 16 pins on the tracker (it will only go in one way - so line up the locator cut out and make sure you have the tracker the correct way round) with the 16 pin holes on you cars OBD port and then push it in straight and fully home! Thank you again Karl! I went out for a short drive and stopped a few times and checked the GOOME mobile app to see where it said I was! I was parked near a corner and was amazed to see that tracker info gave the same location with about 10 feet! I'm using a Micro SIM from GiffGaff with £10 credit on it. Take the cover off the tracker and follow info to install the SIM into it (push the SIM in until it clicks home), and lower the tracker board back into the cover with the 'small antenna' that's sticking out, so that it will touch the small silver coloured sticker in one corner of the inside of the cover! Then carefully push the tracker board fully into the cover until it clicks flat and fully into to the cover! It's too early to say if the tracker will work well in a prolonged use and drive - I'm sure it will and I still have to set it up properly but, I will report back to this review and update it again. Great price, great product and great Seller and customer service!Hi, I purchased this tracker because of the overall good reviews! I inserted a PAYG SIM, replaced the cover and plugged it in to OBD port on our 2013 Automatic Citroen Grand Picasso. I started the car up an immediately got a warning message from the system “place the gearbox in position ‘N’”! It was already in NEUTRAL! I thought, here we go! I ignored the warning and selected “A” and I tried to move off and, as well as another message “the hand brake is released”, I also got a very LOUD BEEPING noise! I tried several times but got the same warnings so, I removed the tracker in case it damaged our car! The OBD Port is working fine because I then connected our Car OBD Reader and that worked fine! Contacted GOOME many times to ask why I was getting these warning messages but, although customer service did reply many times, it seems that they could not understand or, diagnose why I was getting these warning messages; so basically, I received no help that would enable me to get the tracker working - the language barrier did not help! I was really hoping that this tracker would work because it does sound like it is a very good tracker for not much money but again, no help from GOOME. Probably had a faulty unit! Received a refund!I've read many buyers say that they just plugged it into their cars OBD ports and it just worked so, I really wanted my tracker to do the same but, as stated, that was not the case! I would have thought that, if GOOME can manufacture a great little tracker like the GM07W, then their technicians could diagnose why I was getting the warning messages.Karl from GOOME sent me an email offering to send me another tracker and I assumed that, because of the problems I had with the faulty tracker, the replacement was going to be a FREE 'good will gesture' from GOOME but, still haven't heard anything from Karl!

WOW this thing is accurate! The picture shows where the it thinks my car is, and the red arrow shows the parking space where my car IS parked. I'd say maybe 5 feet out at most! That's pretty damn impressive if you ask me.EDIT: Had to rate my review down. Locations work fine, however Alarms do NOT work at all. I emailed Karl as the only support email and after his fix didn't work, he has blanked me for a week. Support is APPALLING!

Getting the bundle which is the device and sim card(topup) was easy and plugging it in was done in 10 minutes. I was able to download the app and see my car almost straight away. The only issue was configuring the phone notification or SMS to your phone which took a few days but once able to contact via whatsapp for SOS via txt to the sim card I got working. I opted to use the phone notification as no need to incur cost of sms which I might try out in the next few weeks. All in all if all you want is to be notify when you overspeed, go outwith geofence and get disconnected then this is fine which in my case was all I wanted. Plug in an go. My only advice advice is adding how to setup SOS so you can get txt or phone notification in the manual and I would give it 5 stars.

This is a unit that requires a GSM compatible SIM. Once you have that, it works a treat, Very easy (with the correct SIM) to set up, works great on the URL and my Android phone. I have used an o2 SIM but I also understand GiffGaff works. My initial SIM was a 3 data only, not GSM compatible so it didn't work. I hope the suppliers make it clear as this is a wonderful tracker once set up. There support is very friendly and helpful.

Bought a giff gaff sim, which you have to add a tenner to. Followed the badly written instructions, and worked fine. Getting the sim activated was more time consuming than getting the tracking software up and running. The interface and options are not as polished as something like navman, or ram tracking, but it does what it says, and its much less expensive.I will be trying it on one fleet van before rolling out to more.

Tried SIMS from current used networks and get very intermittent tracking compared to non OBD2 trackers.Could be where port is sited under dash but wouldn't think so as there is no metal obstruction.

Easy to set up and works straight away. I have used it in the UK and Africa without any problems. Just pop the sim inside, wait a few minutes and it comes up immediately on your app or the website. It only uses about 1MB a day so there is no need to buy separate data or pay monthly. Just use the credit on your phone. Highly recommended.
