Great radio, clean sound, respectable power, the dial is solid and responsive. Quickly connects to my phone automatically. There was a little problem with the packaging but that was done during shipping and not the product itself. I would buy this again.

The radio was a easy install, but that’s the only part. Trying to adjust & figure out the settings is a nightmare. I haven’t found the balance for speaker setting yet. So I only have right side speakers.

Very much worth the price. It's a reliable unit and delivers great audio quality throughout. 10/10 very happy with my purchase and if needed will absolutely buy this one again.

I am somewhat upset thst its plug is not compatible with the old KDC-X397 model, very unnecessarily, since the number and size of pins are identical. This would have inspired brand loyalty, but instead you make me splice wires between your own products for absolutely no reason. This trend in electronics has to stop, as it does great harm to everyone, including you Kenwood.
