So this was got to replace the hot water bottles and such like for various pains. It works, but there's some minor issues. Firstly, it's not as hot as the hot water bottle and the heat goes away quicker. She complains a bit, but I think that's not a big deal as it's saving her skin - although it does make for frequent microwaving.Secondly, the smell of popcorn being popped follows it around. We've got used to it, but it's a disappointment if you did visit and hoped there might be some fresh corn available.Overall, mixed feelings. Probably will replace it when the time comes.

Perfect. Has a strange odour but does the job.

Since day 1 of using it they smell it has is very strong and never faded away.I also feel like the filling could be more as sometimes it's difficult to have an even amount in the neck for example.

Good size heat pad, comfortable, bought this for my elderly dad for pain in his shoulder, works well, can wrap it round his shoulders & it eases the pain, but need to heat for longer time, than is in the instructions also , cover with towel, as can get damp. Would recommend though.
