Perfect for the gym! I have increased my morning routine to include several new weight machines. The weight is not a problem to handle, but my smallish and aging hands were feeling the pain. These gloves have stopped that palm and wrist pain and have increased stability. Excellent value!

strap on gloves
I have had these same gloves before and loved them. The strap around the wrist on this pair won't stay put and I continually have to readjust it.

Glad I Bought These
Really like these gloves. They are good quality with padding where needed and provide plenty of grip traction. They have improved my ability to keep a grip when doing pullups. The wrist wraps provide support for the wrists when doing floor exercises, dips, etc. They provide the advantages I need to get a few more reps in with multiple exercises.
