Battery on charge is not working
I would like to inform you that product was defective, Battery replacement is required. Will the seller give the discount on the the product which i purchased

No Battery Charging
I have purchased this order ViewSonic PT1050, 2 in 1 Tablet PC, and the battery was not charging or not available inside of the product. Its unbelievable that a Tablet is having no battery and can only be used with continuous charging same as Desktop Computer. While requested a repair, one person arrived without even a proper uniform and collected the product and after 21 days upon enquiry of the repair status. I have received an email, says the amount is processed to refund. The time and energies wasted is extra topping to the product. I am really surprised with the products and services offered.

Battery Issues
I am so disappointed with the response I got from Amazon on this product they refused to replace the item because it has battery issues it needs full time to be connected to power source. I regret buying this item and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. As of now I have a tablet desktop so sad

Most affordable for kids
Bought this product for my nephew for school work. It works great and comes with a Pen and Keyboard included. Also comes with Windows so it can also run Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
