I have used Primal Harvest for years. I love both the Omega 3 Fish Oil supplements and the Primal Harvest Multivitamins. And I know they’re working as advertised because I feel great and my yearly blood tests during my physicals are perfect! I highly recommend Primal Harvest products.

My doctor recommended that I start taking fish oil pills for my cholesterol. I hate fish so I was looking for something that wouldn’t taste like fish or cause an aftertaste. These seem like the ticket! There is no smell, no taste at all and they don’t cause me to burp. The capsules are rather large, but I find them easy to swallow - and I don’t do well with swallowing pills! From my research, they seem like a quality brand with good ingredients. I’ll continue to take them until my next cholesterol test and we’ll see how they’ve worked!

While this is a high-quality omega oil, it seems to be priced higher primarily due to the brand name. The formulation itself is solid, and I have no complaints about its performance. However, after doing a bit of research, I found several comparable options on the market that offer similar benefits at a significantly lower price point. If you’re budget-conscious, I’d recommend exploring other well-reviewed alternatives before committing to this on

I've been taking these vitamins for about 6 months now and they have been great! My hair is growing slowly but surely. So far, it has grown about 2 1/2 inches. Im sure it would grow faster if I'd eat properly (Vegetables & plenty of water). I purchased a year supply. I will see how my hair will be in another 6 months.
