Love this press, you can see the test tumbler pictures 😊The negative is it is not duel voltage, as I am in the U.K. I had to purchase a current converter to bring 230v down to 110v.Once that was sorted it works great 😊

Works as advertised! I’ve made an handful of quality tumblers with it! The only thing causing issues is my skill 😅

It's made well and better than expected as far as the parts to the press. We aren't new to this world and know the ins and outs of heat presses. I did the first burn off outside, with cup, and then let it heat up again, with cup, and started doing testing with temp gun to ensure even heat and also do any calibration if needed etc. This should be done by everyone for any heat press. The heat distribution was very uneven, even after closing with a tumbler. I'm ok with a press needing calibration but uneven heat is a no go and the Temps weren't up to where they should have been so calibrating and/or adjusting temp settings was no help here. HOWEVER, I decided instead of just returning, to contact customer support to see if they would help. To my surprise, they were amazing. Quick responses (at night due to time difference) and were happy to help us resolve the issue. Customer service is a big thing for me and this company exceeded my expectations with response time and resolving things.

لقد تم شراء الجهاز بعد البحث ولقد انتظرته مده طويله الي ان وصل الي بلدي ولكن للاسف بعد استخدام الجهاز للمره الثانيه توقفت عن عمل واصدر الجهاز صوت صاخب وطفت الشاشة ولم يعد يعمل الجهاز وتم التواصل مع التاجر وفي انتظار الرد.. مع العلم يوجد ميلان بسيط في الصفيحه ولكن اعتقد بمكانك التعديل وبالنسبه لجوده الطابعه لقد كانت في المره الاولى نتيجه ممتازة اما في المره الثانيه كانت سئيه وبعدها اصدر الجهاز صوت غريب وتوقف عن العمل

I originally purchased this heat press in Oct 2022. Within a week or two of owning it, there was a bubble in the pad and I had to return it for a new one. That, honestly, should have been the first red flag. I've had this particular press for over a year (November 2022) and, as you can see, I have only pressed a total of 60 times. I never got big into making tumblers, only a few for friends and family. I turned it on tonight to press a couple of glass cups for a friend and as it heated up, the pad started to peel. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I am outside of my return window, so there is absolutely nothing that I can do about it. Purchase with caution.

I loved this press I ordered October 15 2023 and it worked great up until tonight I am prepping for a craft market tomorrow and the heat press just quit working in the middle of pressing my glass cans the temperature dropped and it will it heat back up, I tried to put in a request for a replacement but it says I’m past the date of return and I can’t locate anywhere to contact the seller to help with trouble shooting the issue or replacement parts I paid a lot of money for this press and to have it quit after two months is frustrating however I suspect I just got a lemon becuase it was a great press up until it just quit working I just want to be able to contact the seller so that I can get replacement parts or trouble shoot the problem now I have a market to attend tomorrow and half the stock I was hoping to bring if anyone knows how to reach the seller I’d appreciate that information!!!!
