LGTONE TRIUMPH HBS-510 wireless Bluetooth headset - Black

I wanted to replace my old LG bluetooth "necklace", the HBS-730. I mainly used them for music. I couldn't seem to find any new ones that weren't all flimsy. Ended up trying two of the flimsy ones and hated them. The sound was okay but they kept sliding around and on the phone my friends couldn't hear me because the microphone was all over the place. So I searched until finally found these. Great price, same design I wanted. Sound quality is excellent, and because they have that sturdy "necklace" design they are more durable and fit. The mic stays in the same place so much better for phone use!

Ordered a little over 2 years ago, has worked great since day 1. Good clarity, bass, treble, volume, battery!One issue I’ve had is a lot of background noise on the other end of phone calls. The battery lasts about 16-20 hours, depending on volume settings. Doesn’t pair well to 2 devices, (2 iPhones) but only really need it paired to 1.Will be purchasing again.

The HBS-510 is a comfortable pair of headphones similar to other LG Tone models, although it is notably much lower quality in terms of it's assembly. The plastic feels flimsy, and the screws seem to be too tight around the arms as these squeak if jostled. After several weeks of light usage, one of these arms has broken, and now the device is unusable.I had used the device for several months on a daily basis. Sound quality was fine for my podcast listening needs, battery life was fine, and setting up the device was easy. But I had noticed the squeak around the screws the first time I went to charge the device, and noticed the first plastic snapping in February.I do not recommend this device. Its body is much lower quality than similar models from LG, and not worth your money. Spring for a more expensive model as you'll avoid a lot of hassle as LG is not wanting to honor their warranty on the device.

I have been using MPOW headphones until now, Amazon seems to have dropped them as a seller. Its a cheap headset for around 25 dollars for a while. These being a name brand for 47 I was expecting more.They feel fine around my neck but the ear buds feel cheap and don't fit as well as most other headphones I have used but maybe that is just my ears (not just mpow). I am lowering the comfort level because the magnet that holds the headphones in place is pretty weak and its difficult park the headphones when your not using them you have to know exactly how to insert it I will probably get used to it eventually but its more difficult then other headsets I have used.Sound quality is ok for mid range maybe better for phone calls but not music bass is barley present, the mpow definitely delivered better here and for 20 dollars cheaper.I was hoping for an upgrade on the the charging cable but no USB C here, I am not marking down headset for this but I would have won some points back from me if it had it.Overall its an ok headset but not in my opinion worth $47 probably last time I try an headset from LG

So I Tested The Headset On My Phone And Notting Was Wrong With Them At All Like She Said, So I Come To Find Out That It Was Her Phone That Just Needed An Update And The Problem Went Away, So To All The People That Are Having These Problem With Any Bluetooth Headset Pleas Make Sure That Your Cellphone Is Up To Date Before You Pair Any Bluetooth Headset......So I'm Sending The Back Because I'm Giving Them To My Wife, And I'm Giving The Headset 5 Stars Because Everything Works So Well And The Calls Are Nice And Clear......Thank You Amazon.
