Originally bought the PRO boat but we had a couple issues with it. The battery did not "click" in and it was very hard to sync and run. We contacted Force1 after several attempts to repair and they had excellent customer service. Very impressed with their help to resolve the technical issues. They sent the blue/white boat as a replacement and it is fantastic. Runs great, holds a solid charge for plenty of time, our 8 year old son loves it, boat navigates the pool and lake without a problem. Boat is super fast, fun to race and has a very respectable range. The dive option is impressive but it dives so deep the remote loses connection for a few seconds but it connects back automatically without issue. Remove is fairly generic for RC toys in this price range but it works very well. We use separate rechargeable batteries for the remote. Highly recommend this for the price point. We ended up with a second boat to race and it's a blast.

This remote boat is really awesome, I ordered it basically because I enjoy the rush of racing and my cousins convinced me it's about time I get one of my own. I like the design of this racing boat but I also really like how durable it is , I'm fairly new at driving my own and this is a great pro boat but it's also great for a beginner like myself definitely helps me practice my coordination . The remote is actually pretty simple to operate as well. This boat actually senses when it is in water so that makes things a lot easier . at first I did actually do some flips by accident I thought it was a goner but wow it has flip recovery which works like a charm, which is great due to the fact it's winter now would have been a cold swim otherwise. The batteries last longer than I expected and they dont take long to charge which is nice. It's pretty simple hooking up the battery and closing the lids. One thing that really has my attention with this boat is definitely the speed, it gives me such rush and I really enjoy it. This is definitely the fastest control boat i've ever had and i'm pretty happy that I ordered this one because it is so fast. I've lost signal with the remote neither so thats another pointer. it's definitely more durable and sharper than i thought it would be which is great. definitely a keeper this one.

The best part about my purchase was the customer service. We ordered 2 boats and must've received a bad batch because right out of the box they didn't work. The customer service team of the product itself (not Amazon) was amazing! They immediately reached out regarding the note I put with why we were returning in order to resolve the problem. They asked our feedback and immediately shipped out replacements. They checked in with us every step of the way and were fantastic to work with. We're happy to report that the replacements work amazingly and how they're supposed to, so we did indeed just end up with an unlucky first purchase. They're very fun to zip around in our local pond and actually relaxing to play with. I do wish the batteries lasted a little longer and the remote felt a bit more substantial in quality, but they're great for the price. We do recommend bringing a portable phone charger with you if using them away from home. We plugged the battery we weren't using into that and swapped them out on site when needed.

Update: this company has insane customer service, they saw the review, reached out directly, and made everything right! I now have a fully working system and am super happy with the experience. If you have an issue, contact them, they will do what it takes. My issue was that the battery compartment screw stripped out, so the cover was not holding the batteries in place properly. So the first time I used it, it was fun. It has good speed, the controls work well. Sometimes too well, this thing can make some pretty sharp turns. However, I tried to use it a second time and it just flat out wouldn't turn on. I thought maybe I accidentally grabbed some old batteries, so I replaced them, and still nothing. What I discovered was that if I squeezed the battery compartment, it would work, but this obviously made it hard to operate. I ended up getting it stranded in the middle of a pond and just left it. I really wanted to like this, but it's just not made that well.

the boat is not so bad, but the propeller is weak, and the spare part was missing ... it's impossible to buy it on amazon and even on other website ...then the boat will finish to garbage ... Sad for this price .

I was so excited to use this rc boat in my pool. I received it, charged it and used it for 20 mins and it was great. I then didn't touch it again for 2 weeks to notice it was dead. When I unsealed the hull it was full of water and had corroded everything to the point it wouldn't take a charge. Now it's just junk to look at I guess.

It was fun playing this rc toy boat on the lake with the family, it works very well, fast enough and we enjoyed it! I like that it has another sub cover as it really sealed the interior where the esc and battery are located.

Received item in worst packaging condition.. Not like a new product. It must be an used product or returned by someone.. I would have kept if the item was at least in working condition.. Placed return request.. There was no return attempt today.. However I have received a message today as "Your return pickup for Remote Control Boats f~ could not be completed as package was not ready. Re-attempt by end of next working day." This unprofessionlism is not acceptable at all..

the battery charger doesn't work, so we haven't used the boat!
