This works best for only abdominal lipo/surgery. Not for lipo 360 since it really doesn't cover the flanks well. Actually, if you're petite it would probably work great. I love how soft and silky the material feels on my skin. The board is bendable and easy to use. Ive even managed to sleep with this on. Its a necessary break from the foam. I switch out between the two depending on which faja I'm wearing/how uncomfortable I'm feeling.

This is way smaller than what it’s advertised. Not what u was looking for.
