Sturdy and easy to use
I love this machine! I couldn't believe how well made it is. Operating it was simple and easy with plenty of YouTube tutorials to reference. I wish I had known about this years ago!

Update Nov. 12: Seller demonstrated extreme diligence in effort to provide perfect CS.
The media could not be loaded. Update: When we posted our review, the seller reached out to us through the Amazon messaging service seeking an opportunity to remedy this issue with us. When we did not respond there, they found another method to contact us that was not intrusive. They did get a hold of us and were extremely diligent in seeking a resolution. Sent us a new machine (we did coordinate through the Amazon messaging service all confidential information) and although we have not been able to test it (I was laid off this week), I'm updating my review to reflect just how impressed I am with this seller's customer service. In my time as a Vine member, I have had multiple sellers reach out to offer a refund on a product that didn't meet realistic usable standards, but I have never had one who after weeks was still seeking to remedy an issue. This just absolutely demonstrates the ideal mindset required for a small business to succeed. If they continue in this way I have no doubt that they will be very successful in the long run. When we've had a chance to test the new binder that was sent to us, I will update this and I anticipate that I will probably adjust it to five stars (based on what the seller has told us, the one they sent us has been tested and should be improved in the ways that we complained about).*********Previous title: Hole punches are crooked, entire machine tweaks if I do more than 2-3 pages at a time.Got this to bind an enormous amount of educational books that I purchased in PDF but which need to be printed as workbooks. I have been only disappointed with this. When you press down to punch the holes, the entire machine tweaks so only the holes by the handle are where you wanted them. You almost have to sit on the other end to get it to punch. And I'm not using fancy paper here, this is typical inexpensive printer paper, the kind Dunder Mifflin would sell. And with the holes off on one side it's harder to bind them. You end up doing smaller groups of pages and then having to really jimmy them to line up just right so the spiral binding goes through otherwise you spend forever doing it manually and then why even have the machine?I am extremely disappointed with this and am past the return date for it. If the seller wishes to make things right, I will update my review.

Love It!!!
Why did I wait so long to buy this?! I am obsessed with my binding machine!!!! I probably should have bought the one that doesn't have the little electric part on top because I have never bothered to use it.I adjusted the margin for my booklets a little, and I am happier with that. I had to adjust the top and bottom margin a bit with the paper guide (this will make more sense if you actually have the machine in front of you). Initially, my papers and covers had a half hole at the bottom. Adjusting this fixed the issue. The only other issue I've had is that I bought some thick, leather-looking plastic covers. The first several books I made with them, I had trouble getting the bottom five or six holes to punch completely--even punching one cover at a time. Since then, I have accidentally positioned my hands on the handle differently, and everything punched fine!!! Like. . . I punched all the rest of the pack of 50 when I was having a good day because I'd had so much trouble in the past. No problems. The trick is to put more weight on the left-hand side of the handle.

Used product
I ordered this same day because I need it for a project. Box was taped up. When I opened it, you could see that it is a used machine. It is missing packaging. Was just thrown in the box and you can see the paper residue from where it has been used. Ordered a replacement but I’m not happy that now I have to wait until Saturday when I need it today.
